Like many other small businesses, we have to have a cancellation policy in place. Cancellation policies are not personal, and unfortunately apply to all, regardless of reason. Rosewood Healing's cancellation policy is on our website and available at the business location.
To respect our client's time, appointment reminders are sent 24 hours in advance to ensure there is plenty of time to make changes if needed. For this reason, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of the session fee for any cancellation made within 0-20hrs prior to the appointment.
If we are able to fill the spot, we inform our client, and the cancellation fee will be refunded/waived. We are not out to double-book and make money from cancellations. We simply wish to cover the lost appointment and running costs.
