About Me

  I was privileged to grow up in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, spending time outdoors – in the crisp mountain air. These beginnings have grounded my basis of wellness: the body, mind and spirit; The body with exercise, clean air and water and home-grown nutrition; The mind with family and community; And the Spirit with the awe of nature and the unknown universe.

Leaving home and moving away led me to many places and career paths. Living in Wagga, Canberra and Brisbane, and travelling across India. I worked in many professions such as the legal field, public service, Indigenous affairs, and nursing homes. A common theme during these years was my desire to help people. Living, travelling and working in different fields allowed me to appreciate all people, from many walks of life. In 2011, in Brisbane, I commenced my Reiki training and regular practice. 

Ten years ago, I moved to the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Here I worked in the primary school setting helping students with individualised support. During this time, I undertook additional study of Reiki and commenced my study of Kinesiology. The positive benefits of these modalities were immediate in my life. In my work with students, I was able to help them with concentration, performance and emotional regulation. In my own life, I gave up alcohol and tobacco, increased exercise and became fitter, healthier and became more aligned with my goals of holistic wellness. Subsequently, I have now opened my business to help all people rebalance their energy to achieve their greatest health.

I currently live in Clifton Springs, Victoria with my wonderful family and enjoy everything the region has to offer, particularly camping and exploring nature.
